How do we do this? Let's tell you about how the system works.

 

1- When products are added to the system, their actual weights are added in grams.

2- When you create an order, the system automatically collects the weight of all the products you add to the cart. For example 8,500 grams (8.5KG)

3-When you come to the payment page, the system automatically calculates how much 8.5Kg of cargo will cost according to the tariff of your country. The system calculates and shows you the product price and shipping cost. Any taxes that may occur in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

4-You can see the prices in USD and TL. You can pay in TL currency. 

5- Shipping Fee varies depending on the shipping country and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order from your cart and payment page.

* Tax amounts may vary depending on your order and the country you are shipping to. The obligation to pay customs duties or other taxes that may occur depends on the policies of the delivery country. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay tax for any order subject to customs clearance.

 

  • You do not need to do anything extra when placing an order for other countries. 
  • Just as you would place an order from a shopping site in your country, you can place an order through our website in the same way, without needing any extra steps.
  • Add the products you like to your cart and make your payment easily.
  • The actual weight of the products is added to our system in grams after being weighed with a precision scale. 
  • When you add products with previously known weights to the cart, the system automatically calculates the total cargo weight. 
  • For example, an order of 5kg is calculated and presented to you based on the tariffs of the cargo companies we have agreements with. 
  • When you pay for your order, you pay including the shipping fee.
  • You do not pay extra since the shipping fee has been paid to you.
  • Our contracted bank can receive payments from all countries around the world. 
  • You can pay with the cards you use for normal shopping. 
  • You can pay your payments in TRY. 
  • No extra commission or other fee is charged other than the amount of your order. 
  • An order you place with the express shipping option will be delivered to you within a maximum of 3 to 10 business days. 
  • Of course, your orders come with an invoice.
  • VAT tax collected in Türkiye is not collected for orders from other countries.
  • For international orders  Pursuant to Article 11/1-A of the VAT law no. 3065 VAT is not collected.
